We hire Restaurant Supervisor in our two locations;

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
· Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
· Monitor food quality, presentation, and portioning to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, following health and safety guidelines.
· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
· Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
· Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
· Monitor and control expenses, such as labour and food costs, while maximizing sales opportunities.
Requirements:
· Completion of secondary school is required
· Previous minimum 1-year experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant industry
· Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
· Proficiency in using computer systems and restaurant-related software.
· Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
