Job Description

684492 BC Ltd DBA Subway is looking for 2 Food service supervisor at 101-610 SE Marine Drive, Vancouver, B.C,V5X 2T4. Salary is 20 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).

 

Job Description:

· Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food

· Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

· Establish methods to meet work schedules

· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

· Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

 

Education Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service are required or completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
