UDC Design Center Ltd. located at Unit 202 – 7750 128 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 0R6 Canada is currently looking for 1 full-time Office Coordinator to join our company and be able to perform following job duties:
Job Duties:
· Carry out the daily administrative operations of the business.
· Establish work priorities and make sure the procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
· Oversee and coordinate the office administrative procedure within the company.
· Review and evaluate the performances and implement new procedure to gain customers.
· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports.
· Assist in preparation of operating budgets, project planning and management processes.
· Delegate work to office support staff.
· Schedule and confirm appointments.
Job Requirements:
· Completion of Secondary school is required.
· Completion of College program/diploma in related field will be an asset.
· 1-2 years of experience in the related field is required.
Terms of Employment:
Wage – $30.00 per hour, Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
Language – English
