Duties:
Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff. Conducting performance evaluations and managing schedules.

Update the menu, ensuring dishes reflect authentic Indian cuisine and meet customer preferences.
Analyzing sales reports, and implementing cost control measures to maximize profitability.
Ensuring the restaurant complies with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
Arrange for the delivery of goods and supplies with suppliers.
