Job Description
Smart Look O/A Smart Look Haircut Barber Shop is looking to hire a Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to add to its team at the earliest. The position is full time and on permanent basis.
Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent
Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible.
Wage: $23.00-$25.00 /hour for 30-35 hours per week (Overtime after 40 hours as per BC labor law)
Benefits: 4% Vacation pay

Job Duties:
· Oversee and assess the work of other team members and support them to ensure high-quality service.
· Coordinate with team members to align appointment schedules
· Address complaints and handle customer inquiries to enhance salon operations.
· Train, guide and support staff by ensuring they understand their responsibilities, safety guidelines, and salon policies.
· Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation.
· Order necessary products and supplies
· Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained, and arrange for replacements or repairs when necessary.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in similar field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills
• Commitment to wellness
Work Conditions: Fast paced, must be able to work under pressure, repetitive tasks
