Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

Experience: Will train

Transportation/travel information: Valid driver’s license, Own transportation, Willing to travel

Work Condition: Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Job Duties:

Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered
Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding
Measure, cut and install carpeting on floors
Prepare and install hardwood floors
Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
Prepare floors for installations
Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Perform direct glue-down carpet installations
