Job Description

Bison Group Management Ltd o/a Pemberton Hotel is looking for experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to join our team in a beautiful town of Pemberton, BC!!!

Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: $34.65/hour

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Customer service oriented
  • Completion of secondary school
  • Previous experience in housekeeping/cleaning or a related field is required
  • Previous supervisory experience is an asset

Main duties:

  • Hire, train, supervise and evaluate housekeeping staff performance;
  • Schedule shifts, arrange replacements in cases of absence, and assign tasks and rooms to housekeeping staff;
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards;
  • Recommend or coordinate additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment;
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure high-quality guest services;
  • Monitor and replenish inventory of cleaning supplies;
  • Prepare budget, estimate costs, and maintain financial records;
  • May perform cleaning duties as needed.
