I am seeking a live-out home child caregiver to assist my child with personal care and daily living activities.

Job Responsibilities:

1.        Change diapers

2.        Follow parents’ lead with toilet training

3.        Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas

4.        Bathe, dress and feed infants and children

5.        Prepare and serve nutritious meals

6.        Prepare infants and children for rest periods

7.        Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

8.        Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents

9.        Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development

10.    Keep records of daily activities and health information development regarding children

11.    Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

12.    Supervise and care for children in the home

Employment Requirements:

Education

-A minimum of a high school diploma is required.

-Completion of a training program in care of the children is preferred.

-CPR or First aid certification would be an asset.

-Criminal Record Check.

Experience

-Experience an asset.
