Job Description
Plan diverse menus, estimate food requirements, and determine portion sizes and costs to optimize operations.
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and safe handling.
Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory, and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Order necessary supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen functioning.
Coordinate special events, ensuring smooth execution of food service requirements.
Languages: English
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
