About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for our IT systems and product performance. You’ll work across departments to support product development, provide technical guidance, and deliver exceptional post-sales client support. Your work will be vital to shaping the strategy, security, and delivery of our solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Advise on information systems strategy, policies, and service delivery

Develop and implement procedures for system security and lifecycle management

Conduct QA reviews and assess information systems performance

Provide post-sale technical support to clients

Perform usability testing and contribute to product development

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar IT role

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong team collaboration and client focus

Technical Proficiency

Experience with:

Agile, Jira, Atlassian Confluence

Salesforce, Workday, Business Intelligence tools

Cloud computing, Security & Image editing software

SQL, MS SQL Server, GitHub

Mac OS, iOS, file management, and communication software

Work Conditions

Hybrid work model

Physically demanding at times, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks

Must be able to work independently and manage competing priorities
