Sol Lee’s Korean Restaurant, located at 550-329 North Road, Coquitlam, British Columbia V3K 3V8 Canada, is currently looking for one (1) permanent, full time Restaurant Manager experienced. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

·        Position: Restaurant Manager

·        Vacancies: One (1)

·        Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·        Compensation: $36.60 per hour

·        Working hours: 30~40 hours per week

·        Benefits: 4 % of vacation pay / Free meals at work and tips

Job Duties

·        Hire, train, and develop all restaurant staff and conduct performance reviews

·        Direct, organize, evaluate, and implement operational procedures for the restaurant

·        Ensure that health and safety regulations and provincial liquor legislation are followed

·        Control and order food and beverage supplies and inventory, and monitor food preparation and methods

·        Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns

·        Plan and coordinate with suppliers to maintain food, inventory, and other supplies

·        Organize marketing initiatives, such as special restaurant events and promotions

·        Develop marketing strategies by utilizing social media networks

·        Maintain work schedules, process payroll, and balance cash

·        Provide administrative support in developing budgets and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms

·        Monitor revenues and costs of products and services

·        Ability to work shifts (day, evening, night, and/or weekends)

Requirements

·        Completion of Secondary School.

·        Minimum 3 years of work experience in a restaurant supervisory role

·        Restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast paced food service environment is an asset
