Job Overview:
THE FLATS EATERY + DRINK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our team in Estevan, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting overall kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Plan menus and estimate food requirements
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Attention to detail, organized, reliable, and a team player

Language: English

Work Conditions:
On-site work only (no remote work option)
Physically demanding with standing for extended periods
May involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
