Job Description

 

We are currently looking for fulltime Hotel Night Auditors to join our team as soon as possible. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Position: Full-time/ permanent, 32-40hrs/week (2 vacancies)

Shift: Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined

Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

 

Responsibilities

  • Investigate complaints and claims
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Resolve complaints and claims
  • Process group arrivals and departures
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
  • Provide customer service
