Job Description
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to assess demand, forecast sales, and evaluate competitor impact.
Decide on the range of merchandise and services to be offered based on market insights and business goals.
Plan and organize day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Oversee staff performance, assign responsibilities, and manage team dynamics.
Recruit, onboard, and supervise employees and/or volunteers.
Develop and manage budgets while tracking revenue and controlling expenses.
Handle operational challenges and promptly resolve issues such as customer complaints, special requests, or inventory shortages.
Languages: English
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
