Tasks
- Develop and manage budgets for food, beverages, ingredients, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials
- Evaluate and oversee daily operational activities
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to standards
- Plan, coordinate, and organize daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and train staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Balance cash, prepare financial reports, and complete relevant documentation
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Perform cost analysis for products and services
- Organize and maintain inventory levels and stock rotation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
