Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate cashiers, handle schedules and task assignments, monitor performance.
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise, sign for deliveries.
• Manage customer complaints, answer questions, resolve issues, including those related to product shortages.
• Keep track of stock levels and reorder products when needed to ensure the store stays well supplied.
• Ensure that new staff are provided with training opportunities.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• May support the team with opening and closing the store.

Experience Required:
• 2-3 years of relevant retail sales experience.
