Rapid Irrigation Ltd is hiring one Heavy equipment operator to start as soon as possible

Wage: $30.00 hourly

1 vacancy, 40 hours per week

Full time-Permanent employment

Various work locations in North Okanagan area

 

Requirement

·         English language

·         High school completion

·         2 years related work experience

 

Key duties

·         Operate heavy equipment

·         Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks

·         Measure distance, volume, length and weight

·         Operate computer controlled equipment

·         Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment

·         Prepare accident reports

·         Secure special attachments to equipment

·         Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment

·         Perform minor repairs to equipment

·         Operate hydraulic pumping systems
