We are currently looking for skilled and motivated Electrical Mechanics to join our growing team.

Job Details

Location: Saint-Léonard, QC, H1P 1Y1
Work setting: On site (no remote option)
Salary: $34.62 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Term or contract, Full time
Schedule: Morning, Day shifts
Vacancies: 4
Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities

As an Electrical Mechanic at E.M.S. Seimec Inc., your main duties will include:

Testing and observing electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment
Troubleshooting and repairing electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment
Replacing or reconditioning shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components
Performing static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors
Carrying out on-site servicing and repairs
Testing repaired motors, transformers, switchgear, or other electrical apparatus to ensure optimal performance
Qualifications

Languages: English or French
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related role
