User support Technician
(NOC 22221)

We are seeking a User support Technician to join our team to start as soon as possible.
$32.00 per hour
1 Full time- permanent, 30 hours per week position
Key duties:
· Give access to computer networks
· Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
· Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
· Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
· Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
· Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements:
· Completion of a college diploma program in related field
· 2 years of related work experience
· Language required: English
· Location of work: Ft. St. John, BC
