Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria, or other food and beverage service, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
Recruit, train, and manage staff, including setting work schedules and monitoring performance.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and adjust pricing and procedures to optimize revenue.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, maintaining high standards of service.
Negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, and other necessary supplies.
Coordinate with clients for catering, banquets, or special events hosted on-site.
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Salary: $36.50/Hour
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
