User support technician (NOC 22221)

Company address and work location: Fort St. John, BC

Wage: $35.00 per hour
1 Vacancy, Permanent-full time employment to start as soon as possible
30 Hours per week
Language: English
Education: College diploma
Experience: 2 years of related experience

Tasks:
• Give access to computer networks
• Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implementsolutions
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technicalsupport analysts
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables,operating systems, or appropriate software
• Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
