Job Description
- Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities
- Oversee the preparation of reports and statics related to areas of responsibility
- Prepare reports and statics related to areas of responsibilities
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance program
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
- Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal.
- Train staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Identify customer needs and assist customers.
