Job Description
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate day-to-day administrative operations
Manage the operations of departments delivering one or multiple administrative services
Coordinate and oversee administrative support services across the organization
Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative departments and services
Direct, guide, and advise staff involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative functions
Establish, direct, and monitor corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
Recruit, hire, and provide training or arrange professional development for staff
Collect, monitor, and maintain records of administrative and service-related fees
Prepare detailed reports and briefing documents for management committees to support decision-making
Languages: English
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
