Job Description
Direct and oversee daily business operations
Monitor and evaluate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations
Plan and organize daily work schedules and tasks
Manage staff, assign duties, and ensure work is completed properly
Decide on the products, merchandise, and services to be offered
Plan and carry out marketing and promotional activities
Prepare budgets and track sales, revenue, and expenses
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and supply issues in a timely manner
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff and volunteers
Supervise office operations and support staff as required
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Wage: $36.90/ Hour
