About the Role
Unified Engineering.com Corp. is seeking skilled and experienced Welders to join our industrial manufacturing team. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Interpret welding process specifications
• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and welding processes
• Operate flame-cutting equipment (manual or semi-automatic)
• Use brakes, shears, and metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines
• Operate oxygen arc cutting (arc-air) equipment (AOC)
• Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
• Fabricate or repair metal parts using pre-set welding machines
• Operate brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or fill seams and indentations
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment

Qualifications
• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
• Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in welding

Materials:
• Aluminum alloys
• Stainless steel
• Steel, iron, and heavy metals
Welding Techniques:
• Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
• Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG)
• Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
• Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)
• Multipass welding
Equipment:
• Arc welding machines
• Gas welding machines
Specialization:
• Custom fabrication

Physical Requirements
• Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Valid driver’s licence
• Own transportation
• Own tools (including steel-toed safety boots and welding helmet)
