Job Duties: The Business Systems Specialist will work closely with clients to understand and identify their business and technical requirements. The role involves documenting technical needs to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business objectives. The candidate will design, develop, and implement information systems solutions, and provide advice on information systems strategy, policies, and service delivery. They will also perform software and system testing, document test results, and provide ongoing support to clients after implementation.
