$38.00 – $41.00 per hour (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process
Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Prepare production and operational reports
Recommend improvements to productivity and product quality
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule worker activities
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Coordinate work with other departments or units
Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
