Amanda’s Family looking for full time child caregiver.

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home,
• Take children to and from school and to appointments,
• Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents,
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals,
• Supervise and care for children,
• Tend to emotional well-being of children,
• Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens;
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties;
• Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
• Should have valid Ontario driver’s license and own vehicle to commute.

Free parking is available.The caregiver is expected to be able to handle weight up to 23kg.

Terms of employment: 32 hours/week, permanent, full-time, mornings, day, evening, with overtime if needed

Wages $21.00 per hour
Education required: Secondary School, CPR Certificate First Aid Certificate

Work experience required: previous caregiving experience is required (1 to 7 months)
Language required to do the work: English
