Insulator Helper

Location: Saskatoon, SK
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $23.00 per hour (40 hours/week)

About the Role
Heatseal Insulation Services Inc. is looking for a motivated and hardworking Insulator Helper to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in the construction and insulation industry—no prior experience required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and transport construction materials
Assist in reading blueprints and determining work requirements
Clean and pile salvaged materials
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Clean up spills, debris, and contaminants at job sites
Support insulation installation activities as required
Assist insulators in preparing and installing insulation materials on pipes, walls, ceilings, and mechanical systems;
Measure and cut insulation materials to required sizes using hand tools;
Read and follow basic instructions or blueprints to understand job requirements;
Prepare and clean surfaces prior to insulation work, including removing old insulation and debris;
Hold materials in place and assist with securing insulation using adhesives, tape, or fasteners;
Work Conditions
On-site work (no remote option)
Physically demanding environment
Repetitive tasks
Weight handling up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Flexible shifts: morning, evening, weekends
Requirements
No formal education required
Experience is an asset but not required (training provided)
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Criminal record check may be required
