Job Description
Pagnotta Inc. is looking for 2 Concrete Form Carpenters. This position will be full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our office is located at Suite 1500, 701 West Georgia St, Vancouver, BC.
The Job Duties for this position will be:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
Fit and install trim items
Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures
Supervise other construction workers
Job Requirements:
English is required as a language
Minimum 2 years of experience as a concrete form carpenter
High school diploma is required
What we offer:
$38 per hour
4% vacation pay
