Job Overview:

As a Restaurant and Food Service Manager at Aroma Bar and Bistro Ltd., you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service, efficient operations, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help improve procedures, manage staff, and maintain high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate restaurant operations.
– Improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
– Recruit staff, oversee staff training, and monitor performance.
– Set staff work schedules and manage labor costs.
– Control inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices as needed.
– Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
– Negotiate with clients for catering services or facility use for banquets and receptions.
