Job Description
1290702 B.C. LTD. DBA Hi Five Chicken is looking for a Cook at Unit 127, 12080 NORDEL WAY, Surrey, BC, V3W 1P6 . Salary is 36.60 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).
Main Duties:
Learn and prepare the restaurant’s current menu.
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
Oversee kitchen operations.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
May clean kitchen and work area.
May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
May hire and train kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School. At least 2 years experience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment or the
combination of education in cooking and at least one year experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment
