Job Description

LOOKING FOR PERMANENT FULL TIME SALES GENERAL MANAGER (NOC 00014) AT SUPER ASIA FOOD & SPICES Ltd. 8905 Highway 50, Unit # 7, and Vaughan. ON. L4H 5A1

Main Duties & Responsibilities as per lead statement of NOC 00014

Establish objectives for the company and programs.
Formulate company policies including Techno-commercial operations, Sales, Vendor Management, Budget and Export.
Authorize and organize the establishment of the department and associated senior staff positions.
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns for Sales.
Select executive staff
Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization’s performance.
EDUCATION: BACHELOR DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

EXPERIENCE: 5 YEARS OR MORE

SALARY: $66.00/Hour for 30 Hours per week

BENEFITS: Health care plan & Vacation Pay
