CNC MACHINIST

We are currently seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our production team in Saint-Félix-de-Valois, Quebec. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespersons who enjoy precision machining and working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
3 years to less than 5 years of related experience
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts according to specifications and technical drawings.
Operate machining tools to fabricate precision components and parts.
Set up, operate, and monitor Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines.
Operate laser cutting equipment to cut and shape materials accurately.
Cut materials using power tools or hand tools as required.
Fit and join sheet metal parts and components.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and conformity with specifications.
Measure, mark, and prepare sheet metal according to templates and production requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow company safety procedures and quality control standards.
Skills and Equipment Experience
Experience operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of machining processes, measuring instruments, and fabrication techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
