Mikser Group is currently seeking two skilled and reliable Bricklayers to join our team for permanent, full-time positions. If you are an experienced professional looking for a stable role in a fast-paced construction environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Overview
Location: 1674 Tarn Road, Mississauga, ON, L4X 1B1
Salary: $44.32 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Terms: Permanent, Full-time

Core Responsibilities
Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units.
Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing.
Construct and install prefabricated masonry units.
Build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations.
Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required.
Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools.
Lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces.
Line or reline furnaces, kilns, boilers and similar installations using refractory or acid-resistant bricks, refractory concretes, plastic refractories and other materials.

Requirements
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in the field.
Languages: English.
Personal Suitability: Accurate, reliable, and a strong team player.
Conditions: Must be bondable. The role is physically demanding, involving heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, or kneeling.
Equipment: You must provide your own safety equipment/gear, including steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, and gloves.
