Marketing Specialist – Precision Landscaping

About the Role
Precision Landscaping is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! Are you a creative professional with strong communication skills and marketing expertise? We’re looking for someone who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to help drive our business forward.
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: $37.50/hour
Work Environment: On-site (no remote option)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Your Responsibilities
As our Marketing Specialist, you will:

Develop and evaluate communication and marketing strategies and programs
Create written materials including reports, briefs, newsletters, brochures, and website content
Conduct market research, design questionnaires, and gather communications material
Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns
Develop marketing, advertising, and sales strategies tailored to client needs
Manage digital marketing initiatives including e-commerce and website promotions
Coordinate special publicity events and promotional activities
Respond to business inquiries concerning development opportunities
Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
Develop a portfolio of marketing materials
Assess requirements for equipment, materials, and supplies
Design and build public relations and promotional programs

What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of marketing or related experience
Proficiency in communications and digital media

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Adobe Photoshop
Microsoft Visio
WordPress
Spreadsheet software
MS Windows

Personal Qualities:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong client focus and interpersonal abilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Team player with initiative and leadership qualities
Quick learner with excellent judgment
