Ltd. o/a Edo Japan Chetwynd is hiring 2 Cooks.  Wage: $18.50 per hour.  Completion of Secondary School ad 2-3 years Cook experience is required.  Duties: Prepare an Cook complete meals or individual dishes ad foods.  Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or food intolerances. Plan menius, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs; monitor and order supplies; inspect kitchen and food service areas. Train staff in the preparation and handling of food. Order supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas.  Manage kitchen.
