Job Description

Logilink Solutions Inc. O/A Logilink Staffing, located at 10-4255 Sherwoodtowne Blvd, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z 1Y5, is looking to hire one full-time Human Resources Manager (NOC 10011), to join their team, as soon as possible.

Positions available: 1
Type of employment – full-time and permanent
Start date – as soon as possible.
Wages: $37.00/hour, 35-40 hours per week
Language: English

Job duties:

Coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization’s goals.
Recruiting, hiring, training, directing and motivating staff.
Planning, organizing directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations.
Planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
Reviewing HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Establishing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Planning, developing and implementing recruitment and training strategies.
Overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.
Overseeing the preparation of reports and managing contracts.
Advising senior management.
Responding to employee questions and complaints.
Organizing and administering staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Conducting performance reviews

Job Requirements:
• A college diploma is required
• A bachelor’s degree is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a related field is required.

• Minimum 6 months of work experience as a Human Resources Manager is an asset.
