Responsibilities

-Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate
-Enter client information in databases
-Help pharmacists
-Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
-Maintain prescription records
-Prepare medications for clients
-Help with scheduling and workflow
-Collaborate closely with clinic staff to confirm patient treatment schedules and coordinate medication shipments to ensure medications are available prior to scheduled appointments.
-Maintain supplies
-Prepare, file, and maintain documentation including prescription records, invoices,
and reports, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

-Serve as the primary point of contact between pharmacists, clinics, physicians Offices , Preferred Pharmacy Networks (PPNs), field teams, and internal departments to coordinate medication orders, shipment logistics, inventory status, and resolve operational issues.
