Our restaurant is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our team to serve our growing roster of clients.

Title of the Position: Food Service Supervisor

Number of Positions Available: 1

Job Duties:

· Supervise, coordinate and schedule the duties of staff

· Estimate and order food supplies required for the restaurant

· Maintain records of delivery, inventory, sales and food waste

· Train new staff in job duties and safety procedures

· Ensure all franchise standards of operation, policies and procedures are followed

· Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant staff complies with health and safety regulations

· Oversee shortlisting of food packages and check daily updates

· Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained

· Handle customer complaints and queries

Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 30 to 35 hours of work per week

Language of Work: English

Wage: $17.50 hourly

Vacation: 4%

Skill Requirements:
