Title of the Position:  Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Marketing background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in managing marketing  and possess excellent organizational, communication, and management skills. The Marketing Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, analyse advertising needs and develop appropriate advertising and marketing plans.

Salary:  $35.00 per hour ($52.50/hour overtime rate after 44 hours per week)

Working Hours :  35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Position Requirements

1. Education requirement：Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Commerce, Marketing,Communications or related field is required

2. Work experience requirements：Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Marketing Project or Marketing Coordinator or related experience in Education Industry (Required)

3. Language Ability: Fluent English in writing and speaking

4. Other requirements：

Responsibilities

1. Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales for Easy Education McMaster.

2. Managing and allocating resources efficiently across various marketing projects.

3. Train and supervise staff of the marketing department

4. Monitoring and managing team performance, providing feedback, and addressing development need

5. Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas.

6. Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts

7. Collaborate with marketing team member and Conduct analytical marketing studies and database

8. Design, conduct and analyze marketing projects and plan to meet the needs

9. Familiar with social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, Wechat etc.)

10. Develop and maintain social media accounts and digital database, including managing customer reviews and testimonials

11. Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotion

12. Developing marketing project budgets and schedules

13. Manage communications with internal and external stakeholder

14. Addressing problems and troubleshooting campaigns

15. Analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance

16. Prepare marketing report
