LOOKING FOR PERMANENT FULL TIME SERVICE ADVISOR – AUTO REPAIR

(NOC 64409) AT M/S LKA AUTO TRADERS (M/S SAINUGA TRADERS INC.) 2074 STEELES AVE. EAST, UNIT 9, BRAMPTON. ON. L6T 4Z9

Job Duties & Responsibilities as per lead statement of NOC 64409

Advise customers for Auto Repair.
Explain the type of repair and cost of parts and services.
Arrange for the parts/Services in a timely manner.
Prepare work order of the service to be provided.
Explain the type of cost of services offered.
Assign work to the mechanic/s.
Provide information about the warranty and job.
Initiate billing for the services provided.
Receive payment as per company policy.
Respond to enquiries and advise the clients.
Promote services provided by the company.
Investigate complaints and suggest solutions.
Train workers to provide services.
Any other duty assigned by the management.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma.

EXPERIENCE: 3 Years

SALARY: $28.70/Hr for 37.5 Hours per week

BENEFITS: vacation Pay
