Maintaining and updating inventory record • Checking stock levels and ordering new stock when necessary • Receiving deliveries and dealing with vendors • Implementing inventory procedures • Answering customer inquiries and complaints • Reporting any stock discrepancies to management • Analyzing inventory trends for future stock orders

Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residence and office buildings. • Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing, Fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and Mopping tile floors and cleaning toilets and urinals. • Vacuum empties trash and replaces lines. • Setup stocks and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. • Transport dirty linens to correct areas to be cleaned and restock areas with clean ones. • Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

• Collect data during post distribution surveys within the food security, protection, and Emergency, and Shelter within communities in Fako and Meme. • Collaborated with monitoring and evaluation department to update data collection tools. At different phases of project implementation. • Conducted interviews and registration for food assistance using surveys, mobile phones. through Kobo collect and RedRose collected diligently with precision in voucher manipulation and barcode scanning. • Management of corporate files.
