Job Description
1257631 BC Ltd DBA Nando’s is looking for 2 full-time Cooks at 148 E 13th St, North Vancouver, BC, V7L 0E5. Salary is 17.75 dollars per hour and no. of hours is 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).
Job Description:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
May clean kitchen and work area
May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
May hire and train kitchen staff.
Employment requirements:
Completion of Secondary School. At least 2-3 years experience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment or the combination of education in cooking and at least one year experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment
