Job Title: Farm Workers Supervisor
Wage Offered: $19.00 hourly
Job Type: Full-time & permanent

Language Required: No language requirements
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of farming related work experience

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of farm workers
– Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain crop health
– Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
– Oversee maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies
– Develop work schedules and establish procedures
– Ensure safety and security procedures are followed
– Maintain quality control and production records
– Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
– Perform other general farm duties as required
