Job Description
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
Plan menus and estimate food quantities required
Organize and execute buffets and banquets
Manage kitchen operations, including recruiting and hiring staff
Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling procedures
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure quality and efficiency
Maintain an organized inventory and accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
Languages: English
