Job summary:

We are currently looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality to delight our customers.
This vacancy is open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, newcomers, refugees, youths, and others.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Staff Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the tasks of food preparation and service staff, ensuring they efficiently follow established procedures.
- Procurement Administration: Assess ingredient and supply needs, and place orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Scheduling Establishment: Develop work schedules and operational guidelines for food preparation and service staff to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Staff Training: Provide training to staff on their responsibilities, with a focus on food safety, sanitation procedures, and customer service standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Customer Engagement: Address customer feedback and issues promptly to improve the overall dining experience.
- Financial Management: Maintain precise daily sales records, manage cash handling, debit/credit transactions, and reconcile cash drawers accurately.
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school is required.
- Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is required.
- Ability to supervise 3-4 people.
- Willing to work flexible hours and during weekends.
