Job Description
BJS Transport Ltd., located at Unit-301, 1 Gateway Blvd., Brampton, ON, L6T 0G3, is looking to hire full time Office Assistant for their company.
Openings: 1
Wage: $35.50/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Job Duties:
• Answer phone calls, in-person questions, or emails and forward them to the right person if needed.
• Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail, whether by hand or electronically.
• Keep track of office supplies, order more when needed, and arrange for equipment repairs.
• Help prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take notes
• Help organize tasks for other office staff.
• Perform simple accounting tasks like preparing invoices and handling bank deposits.
• Write letters, reports, forms, presentations, and other documents.
• Find, retrieve, or copy documents when needed and track what’s been borrowed.
Education & Experience:
• Completion of senior secondary is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
