Job Description
Gratitude Immigration Services Ltd. is looking for a full-time and permanent administrative assistant at 450-4789 Kingsway,
Burnaby, BC, V5H 0A3.(Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well).
Salary is 25/hr and 35 hours/week.
Main Duties:
Prepare, revise, and proofread emails, reports, and other forms of communication.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications, ensuring efficient information flow.
Organize and confirm appointments and meetings for consultant.
Order and maintain office supplies, keeping track of inventory levels.
Answer phone calls and electronic inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel and relaying messages.
Create and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy access to information.
Assist in determining and implementing office procedures for improved efficiency.
Greet visitors and clients, directing them to the correct contacts or service areas.
Assist in planning and organizing conferences, seminars, and other events.
Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets as required.
May compile and prepare reports and presentations for clients.
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or Previous clerical experience of 1-2 years is required.
