Job Description

TYRW Dining Ltd. is looking for three permanent full-time Cooks at Zubu Ramen Bar – Burnaby.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Prepare and cook Japanese food, especially Ramen noodle

– Plan and create new menus

– Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

– Oversee kitchen operations

– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

– Clean kitchen and work area

 

Education, skills and experience required:

– Completion of high school

– Three years or more experience in commercial cooking

– Knowledge of Japanese food is an asset

– Work experience of Ramen noodle cooking is an asset

 

Language:

– Communication skills in English

 

Compensation:

$19.00/hour, 40hours/week, 10 days paid vacation, Gratuities
